First-ever ride abroad for the Club!

This unique gathering brought together over 100 cyclists from five different nationalities, including:

• 70 guests from Andy Schleck Cycles,
• 20 TDF Club members,
• and 10 riders from the Škoda We Love Cycling community, a major partner of the Tour.

The day began at 9:00 AM with a welcoming breakfast, followed by an inspiring pre-ride briefing from Andy Schleck himself — right inside his own store. Joining him were his brother Fränk Schleck and Zdeněk Štybar, former professional cyclist and now a Škoda ambassador. Riders were then officially assigned their bib numbers.

At 10:00 AM, two ability-based groups set off for a 90 km ride under perfect weather conditions, exploring the iconic training roads of the Schleck brothers. The route meandered through Luxembourg’s lush forests, ran along the scenic Moselle River, and grazed the German border — an immersive experience through the Grand Duchy’s rolling terrain.

The international peloton rode in near-professional conditions, accompanied by the legendary red Škoda lead car, two motorbike escorts, a video production crew, and a support vehicle bringing up the rear.

 Upon their return to the shop, each participant received a Škoda tote bag, which included:

• a pair of sports sunglasses,
• an Elite water bottle,
• Motul bike care products,
• and a variety of exclusive Škoda goodies.

The day concluded with a well-earned post-ride refreshment and a prize draw, rewarding three lucky participants with prestigious Tour de France prizes:

• a yellow jersey signed by Andy and Fränk Schleck,
• a Lazer Yellow Jersey helmet,
• and a pair of Oakley TDF 2025 edition sunglasses.
