  • 100% of the organisation’s XPO Logistics trucks will work with biofuel.

  • Organization of training courses on environmentally responsible driving for drivers in the race convoy, as well as awareness-raising sessions for other drivers (caravan, media).

ACCREDITED VEHICLES

  • Strengthening of the regulation on the level CO2 emission allowed for each vehicle.
  • No permanent accreditation for a vehicle carrying only one person.
  • Carpooling service set up on all stages.
  • Bicycle parking “Vivons à vélo avec le Tour de France » on each stage start.
  • Use of alternative means of transportation: shuttles are chartered and people are encouraged to use gondolas and ski lifts in the mountains whenever possible.
  • Special offers on public transport and regional train to get to certain stages.
