Population : 22,000
The capital of the principality is very popular for its countless duty free shops and boutiques, but also for its monuments like the 1580 House of the Valley, home of the Andorran Parliament. The town hosted several stages in the Tour of Spain (the last won by Alessandro Ballan in 2008) and bid unsuccessfully for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
