On Saturday, April 25, the TDF Club continued its Social Rides calendar with a new stop in Chambéry, bringing together cycling enthusiasts for a ride set in the heart of the Alpine territory.
From 8:30 a.m., participants were welcomed at the dVélos Chambéry store, where the day began with a friendly breakfast before collecting their bibs and completing registration formalities.
At 9:00 a.m., a pre-ride briefing covered safety guidelines and route details, along with remarks from Santini, partner of the event.
The group then set off at 9:15 a.m., riding behind the official red Tour de France car, for a demanding loop of 70 kilometres with 1,200 metres of elevation gain.
On the Alpine roads around Chambéry, the pace quickly picked up, with riders alternating between sustained efforts and moments of camaraderie. A true reflection of the TDF Club Social Ride spirit.
“70 km / 1200 m of climbing, an amazing loop with an incredible atmosphere. I really enjoyed pushing on the climbs… Honestly, a great experience. Cycling as we love it: sharing, intensity and pure enjoyment.”
Back at the store around 1:00 p.m., the ride wrapped up in a warm and friendly atmosphere, followed by the traditional prize draw.
Participants had the chance to win exclusive Tour de France and Santini prizes, including Oakley TDF sunglasses, a Santini jersey, a bib for L’Étape du Tour, and VIP access to a stage of the 2026 Tour de France.
Another successful event, in the heart of a legendary cycling region, confirming the growing enthusiasm around the TDF Club Social Rides.
