  • Can I come with my children?

Anyone over the age of 3 must hold an electronic ticket. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult; otherwise, they may be denied access to the hospitality areas.

For safety and/or protocol reasons, “In-Race” programs and access to the Presidential Grandstand in Paris are strictly reserved for guests aged 18 and over. “Pre-race” programs are reserved for guests aged 16 and over, and no one under the age of 13 is permitted within the Advertising Caravan.

Strollers are allowed in the hospitality areas. However, due to the terrain conditions, cabling, and equipment required for the event, moving around with a stroller may sometimes be difficult.

The Tour de France provides mobile restroom facilities, but these are not equipped with baby-changing stations.

  • Can I bring my pet?

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome at the Tour de France. Other pets are not permitted in the hospitality areas.

  • I have a disability

The Tour de France aims to welcome all visitors. However, because the event is itinerant, it can sometimes be difficult to anticipate all access constraints at each venue. We therefore appreciate your understanding.

Our priority is to make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We will be delighted to welcome you under the best possible conditions. Please note that guests must bring their own wheelchair, as no rental or loan service is available on site.

A Guest Parking Area is available at all venues (start, relay-stage, and finish sites) close to the hospitality areas. Upon arrival, please do not hesitate to ask the Tour de France reception staff stationed at the parking area for assistance.

All hospitality areas (Tour de France Village, Finish Guest Areas, Relay-Stage Areas, and Grandstands) are equipped with access ramps as well as accessible and priority restroom facilities.

For visually impaired guests accompanied by an assistance dog, the dog is naturally permitted within Tour de France facilities upon presentation of documentation proving training at an approved specialized center. The dog must wear the official legal service-dog vest or collar.

To help us organize your visit, please inform us in advance by email at support.invitation@aso.fr or by phone at +33 (0)6 80 67 39 03.

  • What should I wear when attending the Tour de France?

As the Tour de France is a traveling outdoor event, weather conditions can have a significant impact on your day. We recommend wearing suitable clothing and footwear and preparing for potential temperature changes, particularly for mountain-stage finishes.

There is no dress code for the Tour de France except for “In-Race” programs and the Presidential Grandstand in Paris, for which casual chic attire is required.

  • Can I come to the Tour de France by bicycle?

You may ride your bicycle to our hospitality areas; however, we do not provide bicycle storage facilities. We recommend bringing a lock so that you can secure your bicycle near the venue.

  • What is the MCP (PPO)?

The Mandatory Access Point (PPO) is the only vehicle access point to Tour de France zones.

If you have parking access, you must enter through this point and follow the instructions provided by law enforcement officers and security staff. As normal traffic routes may be modified or closed due to Tour de France operations, no other vehicle access points will be available.

You can find MCP (PPO) addresses on the pages dedicated to each program.

  • How does electronic parking work?

You must present your parking pass (e-ticket), either printed or on your smartphone.

Parking passes are allocated in advance by the inviting party (partners or organizers). No parking access will be sold, issued, or provided on site.

  • Can I leave my vehicle parked all day?

If you have a guest parking pass and are attending a “In-Race” or “pre-race” program, you may leave your vehicle parked for the day, provided your electronic parking pass is clearly displayed behind the windshield.

The vehicle must be removed before 11:59 PM on the day for which the parking pass is valid.

  • I do not have an electronic parking pass but still want to come by car

We recommend parking well away from the event area and completing your journey on foot or by public transportation.

Road closures, traffic restrictions, the scale of the event, and large crowds make access difficult for non-accredited vehicles.

Please also consult the dedicated visitor information section:
https://www.letour.fr/en/come-to-the-tour

We strongly recommend checking road closure schedules, especially for mountain stages.

  • I would like to use the race route to reach the finish area

For safety reasons, the race route is closed and accessible only to accredited vehicles.

If you wish to travel from the stage start to the finish area, you may use the Alternative Route (Itinéraire Hors Course). Information is available at the Information Point in the Start Village.

  • I need to cancel my attendance

If you are unable to attend, please notify us using the link included in the invitation confirmation email you received.

You may also contact your host (see the contact section on your electronic ticket).

  • Can I transfer my electronic ticket to someone else?

Your ticket is personal and non-transferable. Your personal details were recorded during registration, and identity checks may be carried out on site.

If you wish to transfer your invitation, please contact your host (see the contact section on your electronic ticket).

  • Where can I find my electronic ticket?

Your electronic ticket was sent by email and can also be accessed through the online registration portal.

  • I have lost my electronic ticket

If you cannot find it, do not worry. A Guest Reception Desk is available at every start, relay-stage, and finish site.

Our reception teams can locate your ticket, resend it, or print it if necessary, upon presentation of valid identification and provided that a valid invitation has previously been confirmed.

  • Restrooms

Hospitality areas are equipped with mobile restroom facilities and accessible cabins for guests with reduced mobility.

At the Start Village, restrooms are located in the center of the village. At relay-stage and finish venues, they are located behind each hospitality area.

Please feel free to ask our reception staff for directions.

  • Attending with a baby

Due to crowd levels, noise, and weather conditions that may affect the quality of the experience, we do not recommend bringing very young children.

Unfortunately, mobile restroom facilities are not equipped with baby-changing stations. However, we will do our best to ensure your little ones are as comfortable as possible.

  • Cloakroom and luggage storage

There are no cloakroom or luggage storage facilities in the hospitality areas, except at the Rive Gauche, Petit Palais, and Presidential Grandstand hospitality venues.

Please avoid bringing bulky luggage or objects.

Bicycles are prohibited inside hospitality areas and must remain outside.

  • Lost property and first aid

Our reception teams, located at the Information Point in the Start Village and at the entrances/exits of Finish Guest Areas, are available to assist and direct you.

  • Catering and beverages

Complimentary food and beverages are provided in all hospitality programs, with the exception of the Concorde Grandstand, Gabriel Grandstand, and City of Paris Grandstand programs.

  • Do I need to register for activities and entertainment?

No registration is required. All entertainment and activities offered within the hospitality areas are freely accessible.

  • Mobile phone charging

Mobile phone charging stations are available in guest areas and at the Concierge Desk for the Rive Gauche, Petit Palais, and Presidential Grandstand venues.

  • Dietary requirements

Our catering teams can provide information regarding allergens present in the food and beverages served. Please do not hesitate to ask them for details.

If you are attending a “In-Race” or “pre-race” program, please indicate any dietary requirements during registration and contact your host (see the contact section on your electronic ticket) as soon as possible so that an appropriate menu can be arranged.

  • Can I smoke at the Tour de France?

Most of our hospitality areas are outdoors, and smoking is therefore permitted in these outdoor zones.

However, we kindly ask you to be considerate of other guests and to dispose of cigarette butts in the bins provided on site.

  • Can I take photographs or film?

You may take photographs and videos for personal use.

Any commercial use or public distribution of race images (including on social media) is prohibited.

  • Vigipirate Security Plan

As part of the French Government’s Vigipirate security plan, you may be asked to present a valid form of identification in addition to your invitation or accreditation.

Your personal belongings may also be inspected upon entry to event sites. We therefore recommend avoiding bulky items.

It is strictly prohibited to bring weapons of any kind, dangerous or illegal objects or substances (including knives, box cutters, explosive devices, scissors, aerosols, etc.), as well as drugs and alcoholic beverages.
