To access the hospitality areas of the Tour de France, each guest must be in possession of a personal E-ticket.An E-ticket is a dematerialised access ticket issued once the guest has registered on the VIPBox invitation platform. The guest must enter his/her surname, first name, position, company, mobile phone number, date and place of birth and nationality to confirm his/her presence at the event and issue his/her E-ticket.

This E-ticket must be presented on a smartphone or printed on white A4 paper at the access control at the entrance of the hospitality areas

To access the guest car parks (start, finish and/or relais-étape), each guest must be in possession of an electronic guest car park. The electronic car park is issued once the guest and his/her vehicle - number plate and mobile phone number - have been registered on the VIPBox invitation platform. It must therefore be associated with an invitation. The registration can be changed later if necessary via the link provided in the confirmation email. If the vehicle registration does not match the registered number, the vehicle may be refused access. The electronic car park must be presented on a smartphone or printed on white A4 paper to the authorities or the access control at the PPO (point of passage) and/or at the entrance to the guest car park.
