The electronic ticket is the only title of access to the hospitality spaces for the invited populations.

This e-ticket is generated by our invitations management platform after the registration of personal data of each one. This e-ticket corresponds to an invitation sent by a partner, a team, a community or the organization of the Tour de France, it is personal and valid for one person.

The electronic ticket will be scanned at the entrances and exits of spaces. It is provided with a unique QR code that can be presented on smartphone or white paper A4 barcode perfectly legible (partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible electronic tickets will not be accepted), must be presented at the entrance areas of hospitality and be able to be presented during any security check on the site. The validity of the ticket is checked and recorded at the entrance of the hospitality areas using a barcode reader. Only the first person to present the ticket will be allowed to attend the event.

The guest car parks will also be dematerialised.

They may be associated with an invitation or sent separately to a guest, within the limits of the quotas that will have been allocated to you.

The electronic parking can only be set up after registration, including the registration of the guest and the registration of the vehicle; this registration can be modified later if necessary via the link provided for this purpose in the confirmation email; in the event that the vehicle registration does not correspond to the registered number, access to the said vehicle may be refused.

The electronic guest parking must be presented to the authorities or controllers in place as soon as the PPO (point of passage) is passed. It may be presented on a smartphone or printed on white A4 paper according to the same regulations as the Ticket.

As part of the Vigipirate plan put in place by the Government, you may be asked to show proof of identity in addition to your invitation or accreditation. An inspection of your personal belongings may also be carried out at the entrance to the sites, so it is recommended that you avoid bulky items. We do not offer lockers or luggage storage on site.

During a visit to the Tour de France, it is strictly forbidden to bring weapons of any kind, dangerous or illegal objects or products (any sharp blade object, cutter, bombs, explosives, scissors, aerosols...) as well as drugs and alcoholic beverages.
