This is the queen stage of the 66th Critérium du Dauphiné! Five serious climbs are on the menu, including the last two, located in Switerland, and ranked hors-category. All riders aren't familiar with the col de la Forclaz and Finhaut-Emosson but they'll face steep sections where the pure climbers will be able to test themselves before the Tour de France. Small gears are highly recommended! The day after crashing with ten kilometers to go into stage 6, Chris Froome won't bluff. He expects his arch-rival Alberto Contador but also any rider with the potential of a climber to attack him. The finale near the lake of Emosson promises to being very spectacular for both its sporting intensity and the beautiful scenery.
