Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.) with the ROYAL CYCLIST'S PESANT CLUB LIEGEOIS is organising on Wednesday 21st April 2010 the 13th Women’s FLÈCHE WALLONNE, under International Cycling Union (UCI) and Royale Ligue Vélocipédique Belge (R.L.V.B.) regulations.
The 13th Women’s FLÈCHE WALLONNE is open, as per article 2.1.005 of UCI regulations, to national women’s teams (made up of riders of the same nationality) and to UCI women’s teams.
All participants must belong to the Elite category.
The teams shall be made up of a maximum of 6 cyclists and a minimum of 4 cyclists at the start of the race.
The Women’s Flèche Wallonne counts towards the individual classification for the World Cup.
Points are awarded to the first 20 classified riders as follows: 75 - 50 - 35 - 30 - 27 - 24 – 21 - 18 - 15 - 11 - 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 and 1 points.
The Women’s Flèche Wallonne also counts towards the team classification for the World Cup. Only UCI women’s teams and national teams feature in the World Cup team classifications.
The team classification is obtained by adding the points from the individual classification awarded to the 4 best riders in the team.

Neutral technical assistance will be provided by MAVIC.
Three technical cars will be on hand for this service.
Any rider finishing after a period later than 5% of the winner’s time shall not be considered for classification.
The deadline may be increased in exceptional situations by the College of Stewards in consultation with the Race Management.
The leader of the general individual classification in the UCI World Cup as well as the first three placed riders in the event must attend the protocol ceremony at the podium.
After the protocol ceremony, the leader of the general individual classification for the World Cup and the winner of the 13th Women’s FLÈCHE WALLONNE must attend the press conference in the press room in company of the race organisers.
Anti-doping tests are carried out under the authority of the UCI and the designated officials in the organisation's caravan, near the finishing line and the race headquarters.
Penalties are in accordance with UCI regulations.
