Spaniard Francisco José Terciado Sacedo (REG) will be the first to take off at 4:27 AM. He will be followed by Frenchman Benoit Vaugrenard (FDJ). Overall leader Ivan Basso (CSC) is due to take off at 5:30 AM.

The final stage of the 75th Criterium International will start at 4:27 AM. The riders will be competing on a 8.3 km time-trial through the streets of Charleville-Mézières.
64 riders remain in the race after the many withdrawals this morning (50) including Floyd Landis; while quite a few other riders (38) failed to make it in the authorized time delay including title holder Bobby Julich, Francisco Mancebo, Carlos Sastre.
