Montélimar

Montélimar, a region of the future. Montélimar is a city of art and history which is experiencing major development. Its privileged situation at the gateway to Provence, its weather (270 days of sunshine per year) and its dynamism allow it to offer a remarkable quality of life. With an economic activity which is rapidly growing, the town of nougat is becoming more modern while respecting its identity and heritage. Welcoming the Tour de France in 2006 (Montélimar was a departure and an arrival town) will remain an unforgettable event during which our town managed to share its genuine enthusiasm for cycling. Montélimar is happy to open its doors to you once again!

Mont Serein and its ski resort which was created in the ‘30s are situated on the north side of Mont Ventoux, the Vaucluse’s emblematic mountain.

Today, the Vaucluse’s sole ski resort and its eight ski lifts have been modernised and operate with the support of the Joint Association for the development and facilities of Mont Ventoux and the Vaucluse Regional Council.

In the summer, you will appreciate the quality of the climate (there are no heat waves) and walks in the middle of nature.
